How MobileWorxs is Responding to Coronavirus – COVID-19


As of today our external sales force and support staff has suspended any visits to our customers until we are confident that the virus outbreak remains under control following confirmation by the government.

Remote Work

This week we will begin staff members working remotely from home where they will be able to conduct their tasks. The rota is such that there will always be someone in the office during UK office hours. We always welcome communications by phone, email or or web chat.


All upcoming external events and exhibitions have been postponed.

Office Visit 

For anyone planning to visiting the MobileWorxs office we encourage you to first connect with your host to confirm your visit, move it online or postpone it.

Supply Chain

Matters impacting the supply chain are fast moving especially in countries where we have completed or finished goods suppliers. This may affect inbound product availability and the range of routing choices open for outbound shipping. We ask for your understanding and patience if your items are not available when you need. Our aim is to be as transparent as possible with you on these situation.

Business Continuity

We maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans focusing both on preventing outage through redundancy of telecommunications, systems and business operations.


We are open for business and our sales admin and support teams are fully accessible by phone, email , web chat, Teams and TeamViewer.

In addition to taking the precautions above, we are keeping empathy top of our mind. It is a stressful time for everyone so we want to do everything we can to minimize anxiety and maximise safety.
