Current EOL Announcements:
xTablet Flex10B
Notification of MobileDemand’s EOL process for the rugged Windows Flex10B tablet. The recommended replacement product is the Flex 10C, an upgraded model of the xTablet Flex platform with slightly thinner and more compact design. The 10C benefits from a larger screen (10.5″), brighter (420 nits) and sharper resolution (1920×1280). There is also a performance boost thanks to the faster processor, 3x more memory (12GB RAM) and double the storage (256GB). Finally 10C will utilise USB-C power delivery for faster, modern charging (vs legacy barrel jack)
EOL date is July 31, 2025. Full service and support for the Flex 10B will be offered for 1 year until July 31st 2026. There will also be an additonal 1 year support for xProtect service plans. This is contingent on MobileWorxs’s ability to acquire replacement parts from the supplier. MobileWorxs reserves the right to use refurbished replacement parts in the event that new parts become unavailable.
End-of-Life date: July 31, 2025 (or while supplies last)

xTablet T1190
Notification of MobileDemand’s EOL process for the rugged Windows T1190 tablet. The recommended replacement product is the xTablet T1195, an upgraded model of the xTablet T1190 tablet/platform. The new xTablet T1195 is currently in stock and available for sale. It is a generally upgraded CPU platform with double performance and updated system components such as barcode scanning, WiFi/Bluetooth, storage and RAM. It is housed in the same tablet housing, so all accessories and peripherals are the same as the T1190. This includes the battery, office and vehicle docks and add-on accessories such as payment modules or MSR. The T1190’s official EOL date is December 31, 2024. Full service and support for the T1195 will be offered for three years until December 31, 2027. This is contingent on MobileWorxs’s ability to acquire replacement parts from the supplier. MobileWorxs reserves the right to use refurbished replacement parts in the event that new parts become unavailable.

xTablet T1680
Notification of MobileDemand’s EOL process for the rugged Windows T1680 tablet. The recommended replacement product is the xTablet T1690, boasting 125% more processing power than the T1680. Due to technology enhancements and changing market conditions, the T1680’s official EOL date is December 31, 2022. Full service and support for the T1680 will be offered for three years until December 31, 2025. This is contingent on MobileWorxs’s ability to acquire replacement parts from the supplier. MobileWorxs reserves the right to use refurbished replacement parts in the event that new parts become unavailable.

xTablet T1185
Notification of MobileDemand’s EOL process for the rugged Windows T1185 tablet. The recommended replacement product is the xTablet T1175. Due to technology enhancements and changing market conditions, the T1185’s official EOL date is February 6, 2024. Full service and support for the T1185 will be offered for three years until July 5, 2026. This is contingent on MobileWorxs’s ability to acquire replacement parts from the supplier. MobileWorxs reserves the right to use refurbished replacement parts in the event that new parts become unavailable.

Notification of MobileDemand’s EOL process for the Flex 10A with Android rugged tablet. The recommended replacement product is the rugged case for Lenovo Tab K10. The A1180’s official EOL date is September 30, 2022.

xTablet A680
Notification of MobileDemand’s EOL process for the A680 with Android rugged handheld. The recommended replacement product is the rugged case for Lenovo Tab K10. The A680’s official EOL date is April 14, 2022 since these devices are no longer available.
End-of-Life date: April 14, 2022End-of-Service date: March 3, 2023
Service Plan
MobileWorxs is committed to the long-term service and support of all four devices, even after the EOL date has passed, assuming service parts are still in stock or available.Full service and support will be offered for three years until December 31, 2025 and September 30, 2025 for the T1180 and T1150, two years until September 30, 2024 for the A1180 and Flex 10A with Android, and nearly one year until March 3, 2023 for the A680. This is subject to MobileWorxs ability to acquire replacement parts from the supplier. MobileWorxs reserves the right to use refurbished replacement parts in the event that new parts become unavailable.
