Our helpdesk is a resource available to you for the lifetime of the devices or solution you have acquired from MobileWorxs. If your employees cannot properly use their devices or there is a software or mechanical malfunction your company is not reaping the benefits of your investment. We believe that providing a great experience means delivering responsive support whenever your team needs it most.

 

Open a Ticket

If you are experiencing an issue with a device or product please email into support@mobileworxs.com along with:

  • Device model – e.g xTablet Flex10A 
  • Device serial number (if possible)
  • A description of the issue – e.g Audio not working

 

A case will then be created and support agent will be able to assist you further. Alternatively you can call us on +44 (0)1905 799555 to speak with an agent.

 

Drivers and Software

We can provide you with the latest drivers for your devices as well as any original software or tools. Please email support@mobileworxs.com and a agent will be able to assist. Please note we may need further information about your product before being able to provide any software.

If an agent needs to remote access your device they will require you to download and run this file. The device will need to be connected to the internet, it is also recommenced that you connect the device to a power source.
